We use our own staff to deliver your order, so you can rest assured that you receive our product in the best possible manner and with a smile.
Locally we use our own Freezer van to deliver direct to your door ensuring that the product you receive is perfect.
Nationally we use a large national courier service who deliver the goods on our behalf.
We deliver at a time to suit you, from 5am to 10pm.
Our regular customers order 10 day's before they require delivery.
This allows us to purchase the product from the farmer, cut, pack and freeze your required products specifically for you. (We only purchase what is required to meet our customers orders.)
Account customers benefit from a fixed price for one year. (We do this by predicting the amounts our customers are going to purchase annually and then agree a price with the farmer. This way our customers and the farmers all get a fair price). We cater for single people, couples and families. All orders are cut by size and weight to customers requirements. Once cut and packed all our products are stored in blast freezers which run at -20.
Once your order is prepared it is delivered using our own freezer van's.
